Did the temporary repairs to the greenhouse, swept it ou & set a fogger in it to kill any bugs. I'll set up the heater & fan tomorrow as it's suppose to freeze early next week & the porch plants will need to be moved into it.

Received the steel plates that my SIL fabricated for my trailer project & applied the Osphate to them in preperation for painting.

Grandson came to feed the cattle for us.

Put out hay ahead of the rain & cold.

Pruned the 'Texas Star' hibiscus' & top dressed them.

The rain has started (0.10" thus far).

Put the Christmas tree up.

Made a double batch of cherry/chocolate chip cookies for our desserts.

It was a nippy 43 degrees this morning with an 8 MPH north wind. It's currently 45 degrees & a misty rain (0.02" thus far). Tonight is forecast to be 35. BRRR!!!

I turned the heater on in the greenhouse so I can get it dialed in to about 60.

Still drizzling rain this morning (0.06" thus far).

Made stuffed jalapenos.

Made 2 loaves of egg bread & gave one to our daughter.

Grandson came to feed the cattle & our daughter put out hay for us, they don't want me out in this cold, the wind chill is bad...

It was a chilly 45 degrees this morning, but it warmed up to 70 degrees after the sun came out this afternoon.

Applied the final coat of paint to the steel plates. When they're dry, I'll flip them over & do the other side.

Fed the cattle.

Continued doing computer maintenance.

It was a chilly 60 degrees this morning with a heavy fog. It's currently up to 74 degrees & sunny!!!

Finish the maintenance of Mrs. Ranch's computer.

The steel plates were dry enough, so I flipped them over & applied 4 coats of paint to the other side. They'll be ready to go by the time the next warm front arrives.

Yesterday I picked up another load of cattle feed & fed them. Then worked on Mrs. Ranch's computer, she's still having the weirdest problem with Firefox...

Today, I cleaned 2 pair of our winter rubber boots in preparation for the mud. Then repaired & conditioned our leather fly swatters for another season.

Right on schedule, we had our 1st freeze of the season.

Mostly just washed stuff as Mrs. Ranch commenced with baking the Christmas cookies.
